Food was good and correctly made however the employees were otherwise occupied with anything else but helping get to go orders out of the door

I am so glad they took the condiments off the table and will only bring what you need. We received our fiod a little faster since nit many are going out. Wash your hands and pray over your food.

Stephanie our waitress was entertaining and very sweet, nice, clean, friendly atmosphere with great food!

Waitress very friendly good service. First entrees were subpar. The manager was kind and replaced with new entrees that were very good, Along with kindly adjusting the bill.

We stopped in for breakfast.( The Frisch's near 264 and Poplar level Rd.)They ran out of bisquits and scrambled eggs and pancakes.The eggs were only refilled once for a dining room nearly full of people. The bisquits and pancakes were never refilled before we left.The food that was available was fairly good.But considering that I paid to have those foods available that ran out, I was somewhat disappointed.

The food was good but Brittany provided poor customer service.

Service slower than expected. Placed my order through door dash for pick up, waited until time to pick up. Got there and order not ready, they handed it out to someone else. Waited another 20 mins for my order.

The food was horrible and I wouldn't tell anyone to go there. They served my girls old slimy fruit.The server was really nice but that's all this place going for it. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s.

This was a horrible experience. I don't know who is at fault either Frischs or Grubhub where I placed my delivery. They sent the wrong food with no notification of not receiving what I originally ordered, the food they replaced it with was not even close to what I ordered, everything was cold (more so than you would expect with a delivery order), and we ordered french toast and received no butter or syrup so we were left with cold dry french toast. I tried calling the restaurant 3 times and nobody answered. I had to call the 800 number and while the lady was nice and tried to be helpful, she was unable to give me a definitive resolution. She said that upper management at the restaurant would get in touch with be, but since they didn't answer any of the 3 phone calls I made, I have no confidence in that answer. I'm assuming I'm just going to be out the money I paid for this horrendous order.

Great experience. Flashback to my childhood. Great service and friendly. Still has good food. Prices are good. Felt like I was 6yrs old again.

The food was hot and it was fast service, the waitress brought our food to our table 4 minutes after we sat down!! Very nice and friendly waitress!! I recommend eating here!!

Fast service and good food... love the breakfast buffet ... and I don't usually like tartar sauce, but I love theirs. Reasonably priced too.

This place is horrible. The waitress came to the table with our food & it had a big piece of blonde hair on top of my hamburger buns. The waitress took mine back & expected my Husband to eat his. Was she serious. We got our money back & left really fast & there was no apologies from the waitress. We will NEVER eat here again.

Food was delicious. Service was a bit slow. Seemed understaffed as I only saw two servers taking care of the entire restaurant during the lunch rush.Would recommend for sure, though. The atmosphere of the old-timey diner is always a welcome sight, and nothing beats a Big Boy and milkshake.

I would give it 10 stars for customer service! My daughter's choice for her 5th birthday dinner and she left saying it was the best birthday dinner she's ever had. They were so kind and made her feel very special. I'm so grateful for the extra kindness and memories. You guys rock!!

Food was fine, not great. service was very informative explaining items on the menu. Only thing I didn't like was: you ordered at the front from a paper menu that was on a stack of 100s! They didn't throw our menu away after we used it, instead the next guest also used it to order from. The floor under our table was full of crumbs, paper, etc . I realize we are all trying to remain healthy and the restaurants are attempting to do everything correctly. I could see Frisch's was doing most everything correctly

The service was good. It was like in and out! Our waitress sure brought us our check quick! They did not have enough clam chowder and they still had 2 1/2 hours to go before the buffet was closed! It was at the last bowl and it did not look appetizing! Then, they had to go get more bowls for someone else! All in all, it was okay. We had to ask for everything at the table, which included butter, 🍋, 🦐 sauce, straws, and napkins!

My sister and I came to have dinner before we went to Derby City. We stood there waiting on someone to help us no one came out to help us. We waited 15 minutes and we ended up leaving and went somewhere else to eat.

My sandwich was really good. And I like that you don't have to get the fries if you don't want them. But it my wife got the breakfast buffet and it was not good.

Love their food...service was excellent....and the waitress served in a timely manner.....I will say that Dawn that had Worked there was one of your best waitress workers( since She passed)...She was an Awesome girl and Never complained when those 12 hrs came thru...You gotta give those servers Credits....They are working hard to keep us Happy....

I would like to give a shout out to Dana and the crew for baking a delicious cherry pie Monday for my daughter-in-laws Birthday when we couldn't find one. That was very kind. Thank you again.

The food was good. The table wasn't cleaned. There was dried syrup on it. The waitress was sweet but I had to ask for straws, sugar, and silverware.

Drive thru is open. Servers are getting paid hourly to deep clean restaurant. Kudos to management for keeping workers going during all this.

Burger was eh but the lady that waited on me was 5 stars. It was like she read my mind and knew what I wanted without asking. That's a first but scary.

I didnt like the chicken sandwich it didnt taste right. You didnt have enough waitress, people were leaving. No one to clean tables.Food sitting in warm area waiting to be served. Maybe I was sitting in the wrong spot to see all this. With this virus you closed down salad bar which I understand, but the hot bar had some one to serve what we wanted on our plates .

Love it here because my grama & used to eat here all the time. Her favorite was the big boy with onion rings! Now that she has passed its very hard for me to go there. It reminds me of her so much. But I love this place..😘❤

I am extremely irritated that I looked up the Frisch's location on Lincoln Ave Louisville, KY 40213 to make sure it was open before driving from the opposite side of town. It showed they were open until 10pm for dine in and takeout and delivery. We arrived and went to walk inside and another customer said the dining room was closed, we then drove around to the drive thru speaker and were told they were closed. This was at 4:50pm. Lights were on inside and no posting stating that they were closed. Frisch's has lost my business.

Had to listen to cook gripe cause people were ordering lunch for breakfast and he was saying it wasn't lunch time yet. Ambassador was great!!

Allstar food at a descent price. A place that is easy to take for granted, and hard to forget. I never knew what missing out on food was until I moved to the west coast to an area that didn't have big boy on the menu. I'm glad to have moved back!

Just eh. Every time I order the same dinner and it's a grab bag of what I am going to get. Does it come with one side or two sides? Bread? Or I order two sides and they only give me one side? The aren't sure. Ordered online and it said two sides and I only got one. Called and the ?manager? said to come back and give them my name, they would replace the side and throw in a dessert. When I returned they insisted that I called the wrong store. I even checked the call log on my phone, I definitely called the right store. Gave me a piece of cake that I wasn't that into and no side. I wanted a big hearty dinner, I got an awkward interaction and a piece of cake that I didn't really like. It's like the third or forth time in a row something was wrong, I like eating here but it's frustrating enough to just go eat someplace else. They are definitely more set up for dining in.

This place was very clean.and our waitress was excellent. The restroom was clean.and stocked. The food was also very very fresh and every bite was spot on. Great customer service! Good job guys!

So the desert was delicious. The portions are just the right size and the price is reasonable.

Staff was friendly but due to the pandimic service was strange.

I went to the drive thru and they were very pleasant. My food was hot and delicious. I will return.

My husband and I come to this Big boy not because the food is always perfect, because let's be honest, it's not and that's ok. But we don't care because the people that work there are hard working and absolutely the sweetest. We'll take a kind hearted person that cares about their customers over any other place. When it's packed they're still trying to put a smile on your face and when the power went out today, they were still doing all they can to stay positive and press on. Keep that smile you guys and that kind spirit, you're hard work is noticed! Thank you!

There was some confusion with my order because of a slight mix up in tickets but the manager of the store went above and beyond to correct it. The manager of this store is customer oriented and deserves some recognition.

I want to say thank you to my awesome team. You all have done a great job implementing changes to keep our guest safe during this trying time. Staying positive and working hard to serve the perfect Big Boy.

Our server was awesome! We had the Big Boy that Frisch's is known for. It's always good. Excellent food. Our server did an outstanding job, and he was the only server on duty that I saw. He was taking care of the entire dining room by himself. Frisch's has lots of menu choices. Economical for the quantity you receive, and quality of food is excellent.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The restaurant was clean. We had the breakfast buffet. The food was warm to hot. The staff was quick to keep the buffet full. The sweet tea was great. The cashier was very helpful when we paid. The parking lot was clean. I only wish that there would have had fresh strawberries. Overall we had a very enjoyable breakfast.

As a dasher its quick and they never leave anything out when it comes to my customers orders
